大学入学共通テストが行われました。
英語の問題は以前よりよくなったそうです。語彙を試すより早く読んで理解する力を試すものになったそうです。
★学びたい英語/まねたい英語（特にお手本と思うところ）
・読解と聴き取りテストはとても良くなった･･･言っていることはごく普通のことですが、現在完了と比較級、それにbe動詞ではなくgetが使われて、文法的にはてんこ盛りの文ということになりますね。特別視しないで口慣らししたいですね。

More Than Half a Million
More than half a million people in Japan spent the weekend taking the Common Test for University Admissions. Some only came for one day and took a few tests, but students who want to go to a public university had to take tests both days. This is one of the most challenging things in the life of a high school student! As an English teacher, I always check the English tests in the newspaper. I think the reading and listening tests have gotten much better. These tests are not checking your knowledge of difficult words. You have to be able to read quickly and understand everything so that you can answer the questions successfully.
