The most popular boy’s name is Ren, and the most popular girl’s name is Tsumugi. I know some boys and men named Ren, but the name Tsumugi is completely new to me. What about the U.K.? The most popular girl’s name and the most popular boy’s name are almost the same: Olivia and Oliver. And the U.S.? Olivia is now the most popular girl’s name in America, too. Liam is the top boy’s name for the second year in a row. Where have traditional names like Mary and John gone?
